Concrete Test Hammer (small and Big both available)
Model CCTE003
DESCRIPITION:
Hoverlabs provides a standardised concrete test hammer. The
standards on which it works depend on the bounce back effect of a mallet on a
cylinder which leans against the surface of the solid items. The Greater the
resistance of the solid, more prominent is the bounced back effect. By perusing
this bounce back effect on a scale and relating it to bends on charts supplied
with the instrument, the imperviousness to pressure in MPa or PSI can be found,
with 20% of real.
SPECIFICATIONS & FEATURES:
The solid test mallet is an instrument which is anything but
difficult to use, for snappy and inexact estimation of the imperviousness to
weight of made solid items. Notable Features Consists of a barrel in which is
housed a sledge mass connected to an effect spring which slides on an aide bar.
A plunger is connected to the aide bar which is squeezed against the surface to
be tried. As the cylinder is squeezed against the surface to be tried, on
achieving the compressive quality, the sledge mass is discharged and bounce
back to a specific degree (as per the quality of the surface) which is
demonstrated by a rider on an aligned scale. A lock catch altered on the body
of the mallet secures the rider and the rider can be recared to zero position
by utilizing the same catch. The comparable compressive quality can be processed
from the diagram supplied. Every mallet is adjusted against at standard test
pound, and is suitable for example of compressive qualities 100 - 700 kg/cm.
The instrument, complete with a crushing stone for cleaning the test surface,
is supplied in conveying case.
