Amplified voltmeters mostly have an input resistance of 1, 10, or 20 megohms independent of the range selected. A vacuum tube in the amplifier circuit is used in this instrument and therefore called the vacuum tube voltmeter( VTVM). 

SPECIFICATIONS: Measurement of AC & DC voltages from 1.5 to 1500 Volts FSD in 7 ranges. Measurement of Resistance from 0.2 Ω to 1000MΩ in 7 decade steps with ohm to 10MΩ centre scale. Frequency Response :10 Hz to 500 KHz.Input impedance 10MΩ for DC, 1MΩ for AC at low frequ-encies.Accuracy for AC/DC Voltages : ±3 % of range.Accuracy for Resistance Range : ± 5% of center scale upto 1MΩ.
