Methadone urine drug test is a rapid, lateral flow immunoassay intended to detect methadone in human urine at a cut-off level of 300 ng/ml. Its accuracy rate is >99%.  Methadone is similar to morphine; however, methadone produces marked sedative effects with repeated administration as a result of drug accumulation. Methadone can be detected in human urine for up to 14 days after use. Methadone urine drug test provides qualitative screening results and is for use by healthcare professionals only.
