Specifications:

·  Vertical size- ht- 2700 x wth- 1500 mm x Bridth-400 mm ,with surrounding peripheral vertical platens in side the 400 x 400 mm 'c' channel inner heavy duty stiffened by in side heavy duty 60 x 60 mm squire roads contentiously welded together with the channel section, in the center of 10 mm platen, also top and bottom 'c' section are cross stiffened by 60 mm square road perpendicular to horizontal welded square road.

·  Top horizontal beam is customize to move up and down which will be sheeted through its nut and bolts unlocking.

·  Even all four inner sides of 10 x 500 mm platen will be designed customize by giving 12 mm holes at every 6" intervals to locate, fix every things at desire level and height vertically and horizontally.

·  All the platens are duly welded with heavy duty electrical weld joint with specifics materials welding roads and complete frame will be tested upto full load of 50 ton.
