The Knife edge is reconditioned to optimum sharpness which is major importance to every laboratory, where materials are sectioned in routine for microscopic examinations. This Knife sharpener is capable of sharpening knives up to and including 160mm in length.The instrument it furnished in a beautiful wooden cabinet, complete with two honing plates and the required abrasives.
