DESCRIPITION:

It is available with two samples containers made of aluminium, Head support mounted on a vertical rod, Rack, pinion and pointer. When a particular amount of force is applied over a given salutation of a millimetre size, it is expressed as penetration.

SPECIFICATIONS & FEATURES:

The penetration is the distance in millimetre up to which a standard needle penetrates vertically into a sample or a material under certain stable conditions of time and temperature.

Needle tip takes sample out of that material and incorporates a slipping clutch mechanism which reads the possible penetration level.

Other facilities with which this apparatus is equipped with are:

• Resetting and adjustment of a sample with accurate operation.

• The dial is provided which is graduated from 0-400 in on tenth millimetre sub division.

• The reading can be taken from the round dial fitted on aluminium painted stand with adjustable penetration needle, holder sample container and transfer dish.
