Inclined Plane Flammability Tester - One of the methods used for determination of flammability of fabrics is the Inclined Plane Flammability Tester. In this method, a test specimen taken from the sample under test is held in a sheet metal holder at an inclination of 45°. A flame from a standard jet is made to impinge on the upper face of the fabric near its bottom edge and the time taken for it to propagate through a distance of 127 mm determined to evaluate the flammability of fabric sample under test. &civil lab equipments manufacturers.
