Flammability Tester - One of the methods used for determination of Flammability Tester of fabric uses a vertical flame from a Bunsen burner to ignite a fabric specimen held in a vertical plane. The test specimen is held in a drought free enclosure and the flame from a Bunsen burner allowed to act on its lower edge for a period of 12 seconds. At the end of this period, the flame is removed and the fabric allowed to burn. The charred length of fabric specimen gives a measure of the flammability of the fabric under test civil lab equipments manufacturers.
